SPREADING TABLES
The KURIS tables are developed to state-of-the-art criteria. The water-resistant MDF-wooden plate offers good features against air humidity. Each table is equipped with stable profiles and an aluminium guide rail with integrated toothed belt. The connecting elements are screwable – based on modular design principle. Thus the tables can be prolongated at a later date without problems. Each segment has boreholings for the electrical power supply / energy chain. Turning feet for the height adjustment with shock-mount mats allow an easy and equal table alignment.
The KURIS air cushion tables are equipped with high-quality ring nozzles, by which the air can stream out zonularly in an optimal angle. The airflow is distributed at the best. This helps to move the fabrics wrinkle-free on the table plate in an efficient, gentle manner and without big efforts. Basis is our Standard-table.
The KURIS conveyor belt tables are equipped with a PVC-belt, which fully automatically assist the spreading and cutting process. A manual operation is possible as well. By transporting the materials on the belt the production steps are optimized and the complete process condensed. This table is also available with link belt.

SPREADING MACHINES
The Kuris Shuttle spreading machine suits perfectly for critical, smooth materials and/or even badly rolled material bars with different surfaces. The new deviating roller system of the driven cradle or material bar ensures an excellent quality in spreading. Even through fully automatic spreading of tension-sensitive materials excellent spreading results will be achieved. The precise and regulated prefeed material roll will exactly suit the required spreading speed. The semi or fully automatic unthreading/threading of the fabric will reduce essentially the set-up times. Many steps to be taken for the spreading with different positioning and cutting points, quantity of layers, zig-zag spreading programmes as well as numerous custom-made parameters can be individually programmed.

SPREADING MACHINES
Special spreading machine for semi and fully automatic spreading of folded or rolled tubular fabric equipped with expanders and as option with crease changing device.
The compact KURIS tubular spreading machine A16 is a special system for semi and fully automatic spreading of tubular fabric. The user interface via touch-screen concept is easily operable. Thanks to a programmable, multi-stage driving profile the system is featuring optimal dynamic driving characteristics. The low construction offers the customer a wide view field during the spreading process. The tubular spreading device including special calender rolls has a separate adjustment possibility for the contact pressure on both sides – the roll gap is opened via an eccentric crank. The higher-level micro processor regulates via the controlled gears a precise synchronisation between the fabric pre-feeding and travel drive. The integrated frequency transformers secure an exact and wrinkle free spreading. With the threading aid the fabric can be thread without problems. The motorised aggregate lift is integrated to achieve spreading heights up to 230 mm.
