With the Kuris TC 3001 C, the cutting process starts where conventional systems stop: with camera-supported recognition and processing of a wide variety of textiles and carpets. The integrated camera system scans in 2D or 3D, calculates exact cutting data automatically and transfers it directly to the HMI – without any manual CAD or additional steps.

Thanks to the programmable Z-axis, individually adaptable tool technology and the Multiflex tool changing system, the machine adapts flexibly to changing materials. Grooving times and set-up times are reduced to a minimum – with maximum process speed at the same time. With a traverse speed of up to 100 meters per minute and a cutting performance of up to 70 m/min, the system works reliably, quickly and reliably.

The intuitive user interface simplifies operation and reduces errors. Additional tools such as milling cutters, circular knives or drilling tools expand the range of applications.
