The TEXCUT series stands for highly automated high-layer cutting on an industrial scale – precise, efficient and scalable. Whether technical textiles, prepregs, aramids, glass or carbon fibers: The high-performance digital cutters reliably cut even the most demanding materials at high speed and with excellent cutting quality.
The TEXCUT systems offer various cutting window sizes and work with compressed cutting heights of up to 80 mm. Perfect results are ensured by features such as the optional Smart Knife to compensate for knife deflection, the automatic parallelism and plausibility check and the patented service concept for quick knife changes.
Ideal for applications in the automotive, aviation, furniture and construction industries, the systems can be flexibly integrated into existing processes. Thanks to their robust design, intuitive operator guidance and low maintenance costs, TEXCUT cutters are the economical solution for modern series and sample production – with full process integration and maximum scalability.
